The stores below offer great customer service. 90-98% of customers surveyed from each of the stores below reported being satisfied. As you can imagine the items they offer change constantly so I can't really give you an idea of what's being offered today. Backcountry offers a smaller selection but the camping gear and hiking equipment they carry is usually of high quality. Their customer service is very good, and they've always been very helpful and friendly to me.

Zappos is one of my favorite online stores because they continue to write the book on customer service. They offer free shipping and returns (if you need it) and get you your order fast. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on a Friday night about 7:00 pm and had them before noon the following Monday. That's less than one business day! Needless to say I was more than impressed.
